  OK, to make a request, all you need to include are the following:

  1. A background pic URL address, or just tell me what u want it to be

  2. At least 1 color, no more than 3 and their codes... u can pick the colors and type the codes in a comment using THIS link.

  4. What you want on your JavaScript alert (pop up box when you enter/or leave the site)

  6. A quote or pic to put on the banner (specify if you don't want a banner or just gimme a link to the pic)

  7. Anything else you think I may need to know
